About learning nutrition at BCNH The exciting topic of nutrition is now very much in demand as it becomes more and more apparent that the average Western diet is nutrient deficient. Studying nutrition is a complex process. Nutrition topics we teach at BCNH are based on medical science, as well as holistic approach, which make learning interesting and fascinating. Our students are informed of the latest research and findings, in addition to being taught the mechanisms behind the theory. Degree and Diploma course modules are skillfully structured and delivered by expert lecturers in the field. We provide comprehensive and illustrated course notes, which are emailed to students for download and printing before attending the lectures. This reduces the need to take notes and allows students to concentrate on the topic. BCNH-trained tutors relate topics to their real-life clinical experiences.
